As an experienced live band, The Collective Band makes life easy for venue teams. We arrive fully self-contained with a complete production setup, including PA, lighting, microphones, monitor mixes, backline, amps, and all essential gear. You provide the stage space and power, we handle the rest with a smooth, professional setup, fast changeovers, and a performance that lands every time.

Typical load-in time: 60 mins
Typical set length: 2 x 60 mins (flexibility available to suit event requirements)
Typical soundcheck: 15 minutes
DJ style playlist between sets (if required)
Minimum stage/ floor area size: 4m x 3m. We can adapt for smaller stages if needed, please contact us to discuss specifics.
Power: 2–3 x 13A power outlets close to the stage
Band lineup: 4 x members
Venue staff available for coordination is appreciated but not essential
Safe and clear access for equipment load-in and load-out
Refreshments for the band are appreciated

Security is optional but recommended for larger events to ensure the safety of performers, crew, and audience members, as well as smooth load-in/load-out.
